Vacancy - Polmont Old Parish Hall Manager

Due to the increased use of the Church Halls, the Congregational Board is looking to employ a Hall Manager to fulfil the following duties:


Red Dot Management of the Hall lets, ensuring all letting contracts are in order and collecting let fees and everything relating thereto.


Red Dot Setting up the Halls according to the needs of church and other organisations that ask for assistance, and clearing up afterwards.

Red Dot Management of the Hall heating and electricity, Hall security, and to note and report all matters that require maintenance.


Hours of work

These will be variable according to needs of the Hall users. This will involve busier times than others, and working outwith normal working hours.
It is anticipated that the employee will work an average of 20 to 25 hours per month.


Salary

This will be in the region of £200 per month.
