The Alpha Course - with a difference!
Polmont Old is running a combined Alpha Course with Bo'ness St Andrew's at the Inchyra Grange Hotel starting on 20th September 2007. N.B There are still a few vacancies!
The course is for ANYONE wanting to learn more about the Christian faith in a relaxed setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions. It is intended mainly for people who are fairly new to the faith, but it is a course designed to be helpful and encouraging for everyone.
We are hoping that about 60 people will be able to attend, so there is plenty of room. Please give this careful thought. Alternatively you may know someone you think would like to come - please invite them along. It is low-key, friendly and fun.
The organisers of the original Alpha course say: "Listen, learn, discuss and discover. And ask anything. Alpha is a place where no question is too simple or too hostile."
